Hello,

I'm originally from New York and have been living in California for three years, now. I enjoy the healthy, laid back, west coast lifestyle , but miss the excitement of the city. I love going to see live music and modern art.
 
I volunteer a large portion of my time in support  of the Conscious Living Foundation, a non-profit organization concerned with the awakening of human consciousness; something that this world is in desperate need of at this time in order to sustain life on this beautiful planet.
   
More specifically, the Conscious Living Foundation represents the work of Leonard Jacobson, who teaches liberation from the world of the mind and ego into the present world of here and now. Leonard is a gifted teacher, a mystic, and a powerful healer.The basis of his teaching is becoming fundamentally grounded in the present moment through remembering to be present many times each day,  allowing up into consciousness and emptying out reservoirs of repressed pain from the past for healing, completion and release, and coming into right relationship with the mind ego.   Leonard has a very clear,   direct, and comprehensive method for awakening.  He is the best kept secret in the world of spiritual teachers.
